Chef Demetrius Cowherd is a local Indiana native. He studied Culinary Arts at The Chef’s Academy from 2011 to 2013. Chef D has 20 years of hospitality experience and founded Herd’s in 2020. Herd’s prides itself on a locally sourced menu.
